Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

You may return an item within 7 days of delivery if it is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back.

2. Damaged or faulty goods

Inspect goods on delivery. Report any damage or fault within 48 hours with photos. We will repair, replace or refund the item.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds are paid by EFT to your bank account within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

4. Non-returnable items

Custom-made or specially ordered items, and items that were used or installed, cannot be returned unless faulty.

5. Return delivery costs

The customer pays return delivery unless the item was faulty, damaged or incorrect.
